3CX Web Client Accessing a Second Extension

The best way to access a second extension using the 3CX Webclient is to open a second window in your browser - but, it must be a Incognito or Private window if you're going to use it alongside your main 3CX extension.

1. Open a Incognito or Private browsing window:



2. Copy/paste your 3CX System's webclient URL from your main browser to your new window:
