3CX Web Client Call Forwarding to your Mobile

You can forward calls to a user's mobile phone, but we'd only recommend doing this when you have to e.g. there's a bad internet connection and the 3CX Mobile App struggles to connect. You can do this call forwarding using the 3CX Web Client.

Firstly, check the mobile number is configured at Settings > General > User Information:


Then, under Settings > Call Forwarding you can select each status and set call forwarding as required - selecting 'My Mobile' where necessary:
