3CX Web Client Scheduling a Web Conference

1. Click on  Schedule Conference  in the Web Client
2. Select Video, Later, and fill out your meeting details
3. Select WebMeeting for a video conference or Webinar for a presentation (optionally, click on the spanner button to adjust settings)
4. You can add participants by:
  1. Direct email from 3CX
  2. iCal file
  3. Linked Office 365
  4. Linked Google account
5. Click Create Meeting - your participants will receive an email with all the information they need for the meeting



During the web conference, you can make use of the WebMeeting features, like screen sharing, whiteboard, and polls.

If needed, you can send  joining instructions to your participants too.
