3CX Web Client Scheduling an Audio Conference

1. Click on Schedule Conference in the web client
2. Select Audio, then Now or Later and fill out your meeting details
3. You can add participants by:
  1. Direct email from 3CX (preferred and tested by us)
  2. iCal file
  3. Linked Office 365
  4. Linked Google account
4. Click Create Meeting - your participants will receive an email with all the information they need for the meeting
