CRM - Import Leads with a CSV file

1. In CRM, go to Leads and Import then Import Leads


2. Under the From File option, browse to the CSV file containing the Leads you wish to import:


3. Once uploaded successfully, click Next:



4. You can skip importing any Leads that currently exist, if required:



5. Here you will be shown the Fields in File and then the fields in Zoho CRM Leads you'd like them to be mapped to - you can leave any fields un-mapped if necessary:



Tip: The sample data on the right is useful whilst working with many fields.


6. Once your fields are mapped, press  Next. You will be warned if any are un-mapped, press Yes, Continue if that is expected:



7. Select any applicable Assignment Rules or Assign follow-up tasks if needed, then press  Finish:



7. You'll then be notified when the import is successful - it can take a few minutes, depending on the amount of data being imported:
