You may find it easier to use Zoho Sheet View to edit records in bulk. It opens up the module's data in a Zoho Sheet spreadsheet in a new browser tab with the most important fields of the records as columns.
Using Zoho Sheet View you can:
- View/update select few fields for multiple records in the custom view
- Add new records to the custom view
- Avoid switching back and forth between multiple record pages
- Save time and effort
- Stay more focused and efficient
To open Zoho Sheet View:
1. In the applicable module (e.g. Leads, Contacts, Accounts, or Deals), select 'Actions' on the right-hand side at the top of the page:

3. Make any changes e.g. update the preferred currency for each Account:

5. You can then close the Zoho Sheet tab and return to CRM.

It's recommended to test using Zoho Sheet View before you updated a lot of records.
