Yealink T23G User Instructions



To make a call
If you want an extension, dial the extension number you require and lift the receiver, press the Speaker key or press the Send key.
If you want to dial externally, dial the external number you require and lift the receiver, press the Speaker key or press the Send key.
To Transfer Calls
Attended Transfer
Put the call on hold by pressing the "Transfer" key.  Dial the number that you wish to transfer the call to and press "OK".  If the third party wishes to accept the call, press "Transfer" key.
Unattended or Blind Transfer
When the incoming call is ringing or with the call on the line, press "Transfer", dial the phone number the call is to be transferred to, then the Send key.
Holding calls
Press the "Hold" key.  Press the "Resume" key to resume the call.
Conferencing
Three Party
You can make or receive a call, place it on hold, make a new call (internal or external).
When the new call is established, press the "Cnf.On" (3rd key below display) all of you will be in conference.
Multi Party
Dial the conference extension number, normally 700 or 7000
You will be requested to enter a new conference ID. This can be any number, for example 100 and will be the unique identifier for that specific conference session.
Ask internal callers to dial 700 and then the conference ID, i.e. 100.
Ask external callers to dial your conference direct dial and then the conference ID, i.e. 100. (Please email support@comms.company if you need the number)
Configure your Voicemail 
You can configure your voicemail by pressing the Mail key. Once connected to voicemail, you will be presented with the voicemail auto attendant interface. This feature will then present you with a voice menu system which announces the voicemail options and allows you to dial a key to access and manage those options. The initial options you are presented with are the following: 
Dial * to play your messages 
Dial 9 to go to options 
Dial hash (#) to exit 
To configure your voicemail, dial “9”. The following are the options announced by the voicemail system and by dialing their corresponding keys you can access, change and update these features: 
Dialing “1” allows you to change your profile status. 
Dialing “3” allows you to dial a number. 
Dialing “4” allows you to delete all read messages. 
Dialing “5” allows you change your self-identification message. 
Dialing “6” allows you to play mailbox information. 
Dialing “7” allows you change your voicemail PIN number. 
Dialing “8” allows you to change your greeting message. 
Dialing “9” allows you to restart the voice menu’s prompts. 
Web Control
In the Welcome email there are details to access your diverts, voicemail and contacts from the web page detiled in your Welcome email.
Once logged in, you can control your handset to:-
Make calls -> dial pad top right
Enter your own contacts and call them -> Contacts -> Personal
Look at your call history -> Call History tab
Access voicemails -> Voice-mail
Control diverts -> Settings -> Forwarding Rules
